UptakeHQ ("we," "us") provides Microsoft 365 Copilot training workshops for real estate and property management teams. This policy explains what information we collect when you book, attend, or subscribe to our workshop and newsletter, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Booking information: name, email, phone number, and company name, collected through our payment processor (Stripe) and scheduling tool (Cal.com) when you book a workshop.
- Session content: workshop recordings and any materials attendees share during the live session, used to deliver resource packs and improve future sessions.
- Feedback: responses to our post-workshop feedback form, including optional testimonial permissions.
- Newsletter data: email address, if you subscribe to The Pilot Report.
How we use it
- To schedule, deliver, and follow up on your workshop.
- To send booking confirmations, scheduling links, and pre-session prep instructions.
- To send our biweekly newsletter, if you've subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.
- To improve our workshop content and materials.
- With your explicit permission only, to feature your feedback as a testimonial.
Who we share it with
We use the following third-party services to run our business. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cal.com — scheduling.
- Zoom — workshop delivery.
- Google Workspace / Google Drive — email and resource pack delivery.
- Our email newsletter platform — biweekly newsletter delivery.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We keep booking and workshop records for as long as needed to run our business and meet tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
- Decline to have your feedback used as a testimonial — this is always opt-in, never assumed.
