Common questions.

Does my team need to be technical?

No. If they can open Outlook, they can use Copilot. The session is built for people who have never used AI tools before. No technical background required.

Do we need to have Copilot set up before the workshop?

Yes. Your team needs active Microsoft 365 licenses with the Copilot add-on enabled. If you're not sure whether your team has this, reply to your booking confirmation and we'll send a 5-minute setup checklist.

Can you run this for a large team?

The standard session works well for groups of 5–20. For teams over 20, we recommend splitting into two sessions, or contact us for custom pricing.

What if someone misses part of the session?

The session is recorded. All registered attendees receive the recording and full resource pack within 24 hours.

What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 14 days before the session. 50% refund between 7 and 13 days. No refund within 7 days. Rescheduling available up to 48 hours before the session, one time per booking.
